The wildlife viewing area is only open from 14:00 to 18:00 daily. The highest chance of seeing elephants is between 15:30 and 17:30 as they leave the deep jungle to feed. The dry season from December to April offers the best overall sightings.

Essential Packing and Rules
The safari trucks are open-air with no roof. The afternoon sun is intense, so wear sunscreen, a sun hat, and a lightweight long-sleeve shirt. Long trousers also help protect against mosquitoes, which become active as evening approaches. Bring binoculars if you have them, or rent a pair at the gate for 100 THB.
Strict rules apply inside the wildlife zone. You cannot bring food or snacks, fly drones, or use flash photography. Visitors must stay inside the vehicle or on the designated wooden observation decks at all times to ensure safety.
